Reporting to the Regional Director, Installation Services, our Operations Manager, Installation Services oversees the entirety of their branchâs installation program. The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the branch installation process. This includes overseeing the profitability, pipeline management, inventory efficiency, expense control, staff development as well as hyper focus on the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the businessâs growth strategy. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business functions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
