About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Installation Foreman to lead and manage security installation projects within our Data Center customer base. This position is responsible for overseeing field teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 35 years of related field experience, or equivalent military or technical training.
  • Experience with Access Control systemsparticularly Lenel and AMAGhighly preferred (certifications a plus).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., work on ladders, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Access Control systemsparticularly Lenel and AMAGhighly preferred (certifications a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee data center security installation projects from start to finish.
  • Install and configure electronic and physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and alarms.
  • Supervise and support installation technicians, subcontractors, and apprentices on job sites.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training of data center installation team members.
  • Pull, terminate, and test wiring according to specifications and standards.
  • Conduct site surveys and communicate project updates to management and customers.
  • Maintain accountability for all tools, equipment, job parts, and truck inventory.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time (timesheets, change orders, expense reports, etc.).
  • Ensure company vehicles are clean, organized, and maintained per standards.
  • Mentor and train junior technicians on installation procedures and company practices.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
