We are currently looking for a Installation and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Installation Manager, you will play a key role in supervising installation teams and coordinating furniture installations in hotels and student residences across Canada and the United States. You will also be responsible for handling service calls at client sites, ensuring that projects are completed according to client specifications and company standards.

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of furniture assembly and carpentry.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to be eligible for vehicle rentals abroad.
  • Availability for a variable work schedule, including weekdays and weekends, depending on installation needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred bilingualism (spoken and written French and English).

Responsibilities

  • Supervise movers and installers directly on-site at client locations.
  • Coordinate overall furniture installation in student residences and hotels in Canada and the U.S., according to client specifications.
  • Travel to client sites to address after-sales service calls.
  • Plan and assess sales-related needs for each installation.
  • Organize logistics resources and staffing for installation projects.
  • Install and assemble one or two “model rooms” in hotel projects.
  • Represent the company at client sites and ensure installations meet established standards.
