Requirements

2+ years of technical experience with DAS and OEMs, or a combination of related education/experience.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize schedules.
Knowledge/ability to read electrical and install diagrams.
Basic ability to test/troubleshoot electrical and system issues.
Ability to use basic tools and test equipment, including hand tools, power drillers, multi-meters, and watt meters.
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.

Responsibilities

Building effective relationships within the team and providing coaching and mentoring.
Connecting electrical fittings, drilling holes, soldering, and performing all physical tasks.
Installing and overseeing various cable types (coaxial, fiber, CAT 5/6, etc.) in commercial environments.
Leading and verifying uplift/installation work is being completed to meet customer quality standards.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with equipment as necessary.
Completing installations for diverse range of buildings, including stadiums, motor speedways, hospitals, schools, office buildings, etc.
Maintaining a safe and clean environment including orderly of tools.
Learning new products, skills techniques from colleagues and manufacturers.
Completing all required paperwork and documentation.
Maintaining customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
