HVAC Install Field Supervisor
About The Position
HVAC Install Field Supervisor should be able to do the following. Supervise and oversee the efficiency and performance of installers Work well with customers, co-workers, and subcontractors Run and work a job from start to finish Maintain professional relationships with Commercial and Residential Customers Report to install manager with daily progress/labor updates Effectively resolve on-site issues with work and employees Complete jobs within the Time and Labor budget Complete all necessary paperwork, job packets, change orders, and timecards in a timely manner Answer questions and train all installation employees Attend on-site job progress meetings Assist sales department Good communication skills, both verbal and written Learn and use modern software and technology Physical Demands Work in tight spaces Ability to lift 100lbs Work comfortably from a ladder Exposure to extreme weather conditions
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and Installation best practices
- Deep understanding of low and high voltage with regards to HVAC systems
- EPA Universal Certification
- Residential and Commercial Codes
- Minimum of 4 years of HVAC Installation Experience
- At least 1 year of leadership experience as a Lead Installer or Supervisor
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Work in tight spaces
- Ability to lift 100lbs
- Work comfortably from a ladder
- Exposure to extreme weather conditions
