About The Position

South West Plumbing is hiring for an Install Electrician! South West Plumbing is a reputable and well-established company that has been serving the community for over 40 years. We are known for our great marketing efforts, which generates very high call volumes from our 40,000 existing customers. What We Offer Competitive Compensation: 10.5% commission rate + spiffs. On target earnings between $150,000-$200,000 annually, based on performance. Located in West Seattle and Marysville with ability to DISPATCH FROM HOME 2 weeks of PTO + 6 paid holidays Weekly pay; Every Friday is payday! Full-time work with flexible schedule. Requirements

EL01 or EL02 certification (Washington State).
2+ years of experience in residential electrical installations.
In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices.
Leadership skills with the ability to train and manage an apprentice effectively.
Strong communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
High attention to detail and strong material tracking abilities.
Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills, able to work independently or within a team.

Responsibilities

Residential Installations: Perform installations including rewires, whole-home lighting, security systems, panel upgrades, and other projects.
Lead & Mentor: Lead a two-man crew, consisting of yourself and an apprentice, maintaining safety, quality, and adherence to company standards.
Customer Experience: Provide positive customer interactions and ensure satisfaction on each job, solidifying our reputation in residential electrical work.
Project Completion: Meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality, aiming for consistent On Time Starts and 5-Star Reviews.
Material Management: Track and document material usage accurately to ensure proper job costing.
Quality Assurance: Minimize call-backs by delivering meticulous work that meets company standards.
Apprentice Development: Mentor your apprentice, fostering their skill development and adherence to best practices.
Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, always following safety protocols.
