About The Position
Review daily email correspondence, and check for properly completed paperwork from comfort consultants and installation teams Setup installations for next day as well as coordinate incoming same day installs Confirm payment has been received from customer and job is done to specifications Maintain communication with Dispatch, Warehouse staff and Install team and comfort consultants Participate in training Ability to work within a team to provide the best possible customer service
Requirements
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must have a valid driver’s license & pass driving record screening
Nice To Haves
- Some HVAC Knowledge preferred
- Customer Service experience preferred
