About The Position

Climate Control is looking for an HVAC Install Coordinator to join our team! About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HVAC Install Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be the central point for coordinating HVAC installations, handling permits, and ensuring equipment and warranties are properly registered. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

• Previous experience in HVAC operations, installation coordination required!
• Knowledge of local permit processes and HVAC equipment registration required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using computer systems.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC installation crews efficiently.
• Pull permits for HVAC installations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Register equipment and manage warranty registrations.
• Track warranty parts and ensure timely fulfillment for service or installs.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, dispatches, and warranty information.
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
