About The Position

At Clark Pacific, the Quality Control Inspector I is an entry-level role responsible for ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of product manufacturing. Working under the supervision of the Quality Control Lead Inspector, this position performs inspections, testing, and documentation to verify materials, production processes, and finished products meet plant standards and industry requirements. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Completion of Quality Control Technician training within 6 months of employment required.
  • Completion of Quality Control Inspector Level I training requirements within 6 months required.
  • Ability to read blueprints, panel drawings, and use measuring tools.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or quality inspection environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform plant testing and inspection of materials, embeds, and forms prior to concrete placement.
  • Inspect reinforcement, block-outs, cast-in items, and critical tolerance components.
  • Verify items are properly secured during concrete placement.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with plant standards and approved drawings.
  • Report finish defects, cracking, and quality concerns in a timely manner.
  • Verify product dimensions, camber, identification markings, and tolerances.
  • Monitor storage and handling practices to prevent damage or contamination.
  • Conduct final inspections during loading and verify repairs when required.
  • Maintain testing documentation and ensure compliance with ACI, PCI, and IAS standards.
  • Monitor and report data from curing systems as required.
  • Communicate inspection results and quality concerns with Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
  • Apply all relevant safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
