Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in quality or manufacturing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Understand customer expectations and ensure each product meets or exceeds quality standards
• Pick, inspect, box, label, and seal finished parts
• Operate grinders and remove scrap as needed
• Monitor and replace plastic rolls to keep production moving
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and pride in craftsmanship
