Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required
- Prior experience in quality or manufacturing is a plus
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude

Responsibilities
- Understand customer expectations and ensure each product meets or exceeds quality standards
- Pick, inspect, box, label, and seal finished parts
- Operate grinders and remove scrap as needed
- Monitor and replace plastic rolls to keep production moving
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and pride in craftsmanship
