We are currently seeking a highly motivated Inspector, Mechanical located in Los Angeles, CA.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Current ICC Certification as a Commercial Mechanical Inspector
• 30-hour Cal-OSHA training prior to assignment. The 30-hour training will have been received within the last 4 years
• 3 years or more of experience performing mechanical inspections on large scale Public Works type projects
• Proficient in inspection of rough and finish HVAC, plumbing installation including pumps, piping, ducts, equipment, controls, vaults and associated works both in building construction and underground piping
• Knowledge and experience with inspection of fire sprinkler systems also required for this position
• Experience with review and approval of monthly progress payment & as-built drawings from contractor required
• Ability to write clear and effective reports and is capable of working with Microsoft Office and other computer software and applications including Prolog & VEO

Responsibilities

• Possible overtime during week and weekends may also be required
