About The Position

We’re hiring an Inspection Technician to join our field service team. In this vital customer-facing role, you’ll help ensure that security systems are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. You’ll perform system inspections, conduct basic maintenance, and provide an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass background and driving record checks.

Nice To Haves

• NICET or IPSI certification preferred—or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test customer alarm systems, including sensors, motion detectors, and smoke detectors.
• Change system batteries as needed.
• Learn and utilize software systems such as Sedona and Building Reports.
• Accurately document inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot basic system issues, as trained.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
