About The Position
We are seeking an Inspection Tech (Sheet Metal) to perform quality inspections on sheet metal parts and assemblies. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire position .
Requirements
- Previous experience in sheet metal inspection or quality control required
- Knowledge of measurement tools and inspection techniques
- Ability to work a 6:00 AM start shift
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Inspect sheet metal components for accuracy and quality according to drawings and specifications
- Measure parts using precision tools and equipment
- Document inspection results and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Support production schedules and deadlines
