Requirements

Valid Connecticut Low Voltage License is required.
Clean drivers record.
2 to 3 years' experience in security industry inspections and maintenance.
Trade school certification in related electronics field or equivalent course completion.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform account responsibilities including preventative maintenance and inspections of security access control, intrusion alarm and IP video camera systems, and service work at all customer locations, including:
Maintenance of all systems supported.
Navigate online service portal.
Coordination of tools and materials required to complete work as scheduled.
Daily work and coordination with customer.
On Call service rotation
Qualifier for vendor\manufacturer product certifications
All other duties at the direction of the Operations & Service organizations.
Inspection & Service of Customer Sites
Work in harmony with fellow technicians.
