Requirements

  • Previous experience in transportation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, verbal, and written skills
  • Strong computer skills with a solid proficiency in Microsoft based applications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Perform physical functions per job requirements
  • Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • DOT knowledge and dispatching/ logistics experience
  • Forklift Experience
  • RCRA/OSHA knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Ensure in-plant staged equipment (pick-ups, rack trucks, steamer trucks, vacuum trucks, vactor, roll-offs, pressure washers, etc.) is properly tracked for delivery to customer locations and billing purposes.
  • Work closely with InSite Program Manager to direct in-plant equipment and/or personnel to meet customer needs.
  • Act as office liaison for the in-plant service personnel on shift and communicate which projects to direct personnel or equipment to work on.
  • Help maintain a proper inventory of equipment and supplies for current workloads.
  • Interface with the customer in a professional and effective manner to update them on equipment status.
  • Ensure proper communication to the InSite Program Manager to confirm that contractual obligations are met to complete requested services, project progression status and change orders are completed and executed, prior to any additional work being performed; Ensure the customer acknowledges change order(s)
  • Performs other duties as assigned
