About The Position

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Inside Turf Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in business development with key accounts, fostering relationships with decision-makers, and driving sales growth within the turf product lineup.

Responsibilities

Deliver an excellent in-store experience by identifying customer needs and recommending the appropriate product.
Ensure the showroom and equipment lot is well organized with a professional appearance.
Develop strong product knowledge in the turf product lineup, including Commercial Mowers, Compact Tractors, and Residential Turf Products.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling John Deere turf products and aftermarket services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Participate in trade shows, county fairs, and other promotional events that represent the company and may generate leads.
