We are hiring a Machinery Inside Sales Representative for the Conroe area market to focus on the sale of Mustang Cat's machinery sales offerings to develop customer-driven solutions utilizing Mustang's unique abilities as a Caterpillar authorized dealer. As an Inside Sales Representative, you assist walk-in retail customers looking to purchase equipment, as well as develop and qualify leads for heavy equipment and/or parts and services sales.

Requirements

College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field
Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
Knowledge of Cat equipment
Exceptional customer service skills
Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
Effective problem-solving skills and ability to "think on your feet"
Strong desire to win
Negotiation experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Must be able to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Bilingual English/Spanish required
