We are looking for an Inside Service Support (ISS) Intern. The ISS team is our first point of contact for customer support for our advanced refrigeration systems. Our internships are project-based and focused on developing critical technical skills in support of the DFR Inside Service and Field Service teams. This role will assist our remote technical support management team with skill and experience-level appropriate support, process development, and documentation along with creation of Knowledge Management and other tools. The successful candidate will help drive improvements to the most critical ISS processes. This will include but is not limited to processes critical to the tracking, trending and improving of customer contact and issue resolution. The candidate will also critically analyze data to help drive product improvement opportunities and establish robust field escalation process & rigor. You will be guided by structural goals and objectives, and your manager will offer coaching, mentoring, and direction.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in 4-year degree program
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
