About The Position

ENE SECURITY, now Stark Tech, is a leading Security/AV/HVAC/ATC integrator in New England. We have a new opportunity for a full time Inside Security Sales Executive in Salem, New Hampshire! How do you excel in this position The Inside Security Sales Executive partners closely with outside sales, engineering, and operations to qualify opportunities, develop solutions, generate accurate proposals, and manage the sales process for reoccurring revenue and small service-related opportunities. The ideal candidate understands physical security technologies; including monitoring and service agreements, access control, video surveillance, and related systems, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, service -based environment supporting commercial, enterprise, education, and public sector customers.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail- oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, or account management experience.
  • Experience in physical security integration, low-voltage systems, or related technology industries.
  • Experience in proposal creation.
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of access control and video surveillance platforms (e.g., Avigilon, Genetec, LenelS2, Axis, etc.)
