About The Position

USM ReRents — the premier aerial equipment re‑rental partner serving more than 1,000 rental companies across the U.S. and Canada—is expanding our Inside Sales team. If you have 2+ years of inside sales experience , understand the construction or equipment‑rental industry , and want to join a company known for integrity, quality, and long‑standing customer partnerships, this is your opportunity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of verifiable inside sales experience , ideally with equipment
  • Familiarity with aerial lifts, telehandlers, or general rental equipment (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—clear, confident, persuasive, and customer‑focused
  • Ability to manage challenging situations professionally and maintain strong relationships
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the drive to hit ambitious goals
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable using MS Office and CRM tools

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with aerial lifts, telehandlers, or general rental equipment (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow relationships with national, regional, and local equipment‑rental companies
  • Source & develop new rental business, and strengthen existing partnerships
  • Drive monthly rental revenue by maximizing utilization of our high‑reach booms, telehandlers, and specialty equipment
  • Educate customers on equipment applications and the USM rental process
  • Maintain accurate sales activity in Pipedrive CRM
  • Collaborate daily with Rental Coordinators, Fleet Service professionals and the Sales team to deliver exceptional service

  • Base salary $60,000–$65,000 plus monthly commissions
