About The Position

Inside Rental Sales function as part of the Rental Team and are responsible for coordinating customer requests for rental of equipment and meeting the customers' needs through education of the equipment necessary for the task.
In this role, you will:
Engage with current and prospective customers to build lasting relationships via in-person, telephone, and/or email
Manage the rental order process, including coordinating with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests
Effectively communicate with all involved parties, including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers, providing accurate quotes and fulfillment updates

Requirements

• High School Diploma/Equivalent with relevant experience - College Degree preferred
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to present and sell at all customer levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking to meet customers' needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to organize and independently manage time
• Solid administrative Skills
