About The Position
Respond to customer inquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and follow up to close sales. Handle purchasing activities — place orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers. Build lasting relationships with customers and help identify new opportunities. Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
Requirements
- 4+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (industrial or automation industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (sales and invoicing)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong attention to detail
