About The Position

Metrohm USA is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support revenue growth and enhance the customer experience across the U.S. market. In this role, you will develop new leads, engage directly with customers, and collaborate with the Field Sales and Marketing teams to drive opportunities and shorten the sales cycle. This is an office-based position located in Riverview, FL with a flexible hybrid schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field preferred
  • 2+ years inside sales and/or industry-related sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to prospect, build rapport, and manage a large customer base
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Familiarity with analytical instrumentation a plus
  • Previous sales training (Miller Heiman – PSS/SS) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
  • Provide product education and demos
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and nurture leads through consultative conversations
  • Track customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM
  • Support customer satisfaction and onboarding
  • Participate in virtual events, webinars, and campaigns
