We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to work with our expert services team. Do you have a passion for Service? Then we would love to hear from you. We prefer a candidate in the EST time zone for this role to support the territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in the Life Sciences) or Associates degree and equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience. Knowledge/experience within a Service Organization or Service Provider is a plus!
  • Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture in a highly complex environment
  • Internal drive, focused on accountability and self-development
  • Previous experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management software, Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell service offerings primarily through remote channels (phone, email, virtual meetings), with occasional in-person visits.
  • Prospect, qualify, quote, and close new service business opportunities to deliver on quarterly and annual service revenue targets.
  • Demonstrate the value of service solutions and articulate Cytiva’s value proposition. Generate proposals and prepare quotations tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Service, Equipment Sales, Strategic Account Managers, and Marketing to maximize sales potential.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage funnel forecast sales, and track customer interactions.
