Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1 year experience
  • Insurance licensing (required after employment)
  • Good verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice on personal lines insurance while selling and cross-selling our comprehensive range of products.
  • Build strong relationships with sales colleagues in our Commercial P&C and Benefits Insurance divisions to unlock cross-selling opportunities.
  • Focus on closing deals as calls are routed directly, eliminating the need for lead hunting.
  • Generate revenue by selling to new clients and retaining existing ones through consultative, needs-based solutions.
