About The Position

NIC Industries (Cerakote®, Cerakote® Auto & Home, Prismatic Powders®) is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and digital channels to develop relationships that are built on consultant based selling techniques.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that drive value.
  • Identify and act on sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing persuasively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
