Reporting to North American Inside Sales Supervisor, Inside Sales sorter maintains the In-Box ensuring emails get to the right teams and or contacts helping maintain a strong order flow. Backs up Inside Sales OP-Order Processing (processing orders, taking order related in bound calls from Distribution and or end users. Able to respond to customers in a timely manner via email and or phone on any backorders, tracking information, stock checks, and all other inquiries related to purchase orders). Manages the Inside Sales in-Box, sorting emails and orders accordingly Monitors the inside sales In-Box and process orders accordingly Renames subject lines on contact inquires to reflect customer full name and phone number before filing in appropriate folder Responds back to customer in a timely manner on any order related topics Monitors back orders to ensure customer expectations are met Log all calls in Maximizer (will become Sales Force) Contacts transport companies when needed for updates on shipments Sends claims to credit department for processing of RMA, Call Tag information Processes and assigns uninstalled claims through CRM Is aware of phone status in cisco finesse to always ensure proper phone coverage Requests German AIR order quotes Request Air quotes when required Process Air Freight Orders Ensures that customer exceptions are taken into consideration when processing orders Verifies Knowledge base for most updated process information Monitors EDI orders and releases orders into the warehouse Communicates with our warehouse when required for order updates and or modifications required before order is picked and packed. Ensure INFOR order status 50 at the end of each day Adds project names to INFOR when noted on purchase orders Attends weekly alignment meetings Ensures that they are trained on any new platforms when introduced by Schluter
