About The Position

United Home Experts is looking for a motivated, hungry, sales specialist with great phone skills and leadership potential! We are growing our marketing efforts to include inside sales and dedicated outbound callers. We’re looking for a key person who can hit the ground running, learn our systems and drive call volume. The right person has the capacity to develop into a supervisory role for other callers when we expand the team in the coming months. Initial Responsibilities Calling homeowners to offer free, no-obligation home improvement consultations Following a simple qualifying script (no selling – just set the appointment!) Making 200 to 500 calls a day Booking appointments directly into our system Prove ability to drive volume to justify expansion of team What We’re Looking For Strong communicator with a confident phone presence Able to follow a script and stay focused Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting Self-starter who’s excited about performance based bonus ($$ for every appointment!) Growth Track After proven success in the caller role, be prepared to train and develop dedicated callers Track daily and weekly metrics ensuring goals are met and/or exceed expectations Assure reps are adhering to company policy and using the scripts and rebuttals properly Be a leader and keep energy up Work collaboratively with management and other team members.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator with a confident phone presence
  • Able to follow a script and stay focused
  • Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting
  • Self-starter who’s excited about performance based bonus ($$ for every appointment!)
  • 1+ years of previous calling experience, ideally in a high-volume call-center environment
  • Possesses a calm and steady disposition while also keeping energy up and motivation high.
  • Excellent verbal skills.
