Job Overview An Inside Sales Specialist II, is a commission-eligible inside sales professional responsible for driving revenue through data-driven outbound sales efforts and handling inbound sales inquiries from non-broker and non-franchise sources. This role handles a mix of inbound and outbound sales activity, develops customer relationships, and supports the sales process from initial inquiry through service agreement completion. The Inside Sales Specialist II works independently within established guidelines, manages a personal sales pipeline, and collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely handoff, and a positive customer experience.
