As a Diagnostic Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales for IDEXX’s Rapid Assay, Chemistry, and Fecal businesses through phone, email, and virtual meetings with customers. You will collaborate with the field-based Veterinary Diagnostic Consultants (VDCs) in your assigned geography to agree on and prioritize opportunities to generate revenue through adoption, utilization, and conversion of select products in the IDEXX portfolio. You will build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions to drive business growth. You will partner with the broader commercial ecosystem, as needed, to ensure successful implementation and conversion of different growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a drive for meeting and exceeding targets. The primary success metric for the position is quarterly revenue closed during sales calls. Start date: Monday, February 9, 2026.
