Join Collins Bus as an Inside Sales Representative, working closely with dealers and Outside Sales to craft accurate quotes, identify customer needs, and drive new business through proactive lead follow-up. Manage order entry, track progress, validate pricing, and ensure all orders are accurate and meet all Federal, State, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Foster strong working relationships and maintain effective communication with dealership counterparts. Partner with the Outside Sales team to identify customer needs, assist with quoting, and help drive new business through effective lead follow-up and order processing. Read and interpret technical product specifications to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, as well as individual customer requirements. Ensure accurate and timely entry of quotes and orders into internal systems to support efficient order processing and customer satisfaction. Enter, process, and monitor customer orders throughout the order lifecycle, collaborating closely with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production Control teams. Provide timely updates and clear communication to customers to ensure transparency and satisfaction. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance internal processes and operational efficiency. Perform additional duties and support tasks as assigned.
