Responsibilities: Complete assigned operations, assisting in the manufacture of each bus. Assemble or assist in the assembly of each component per assigned department. Run air and power hand tools. Read and interpret shop orders. Meet all QA and QC standards for each assembly task per assigned department. Ensure parts are assembled per instructions for proper appearance and function. Qualifications: Quality minded Good attendance Ability to multitask and follow instructions Able to lift up to 40 lbs. Able to work overtime as needed. Preferred skills and experience to be successful: Read and use a tape measure to precise measurements Use common hand tools and power tools such as drills, screw guns, and caulk guns. Installing and mounting non-electrical interior/exterior components and hardware. Assemble fabricated parts, components, and other units in department. Ensure safety requirements and manufacturing quality standards are met.
