S&K Building Services is a leading provider of commercial window cleaning and exterior building maintenance across the United States. We partner with property managers, owners, and facility teams to maintain high-rise, mid-rise, and complex commercial properties with a strong focus on safety, quality, and reliability . We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales & Retention Representative to join our team. This role combines proactive sales responsibilities with customer retention strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is persuasive, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We don't just clean windows, we help people see the world more clearly. As an Inside Sales & Retention Representative, you'll be the connection between our customers and the service that brightens their homes and businesses. Your role ensures every client feels cared for, supported, and confident in choosing us. By building trust and delivering exceptional experiences, you help create spaces that shine-inside and out.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retention roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
  • Proficient in CRM software; experience with Smart Service Cloud is a plus, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite .
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate contracts.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Engage with existing customers to prevent cancellations and reduce churn.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve satisfaction.
  • Offer upgrades, cross-sells, and loyalty incentives.
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align strategies.
  • Analyze customer feedback and retention metrics to improve processes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
