Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer retention, or account management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on influencing customer decisions.
  • A highly persuasive personality with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed retention and sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage Customers: Proactively reach out to customers who did not purchase after a previous appointment or have expressed interest in canceling.
  • Retention & Recovery: Use consultative sales techniques to identify customer pain points and offer tailored solutions that meet their needs, with a strong focus on retaining business.
  • Consistency: Maintain timely follow-ups with prospects and customers, overcoming objections and providing incentives to keep them engaged.
  • Close Sales: Secure customer commitments by highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Production-Based Performance Income: Meet and exceed monthly retention and sales quotas with a keen focus on measurable outcomes and KPIs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Log and track customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software to ensure an organized and efficient workflow.
