About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a hybrid Inside Sales Representative to join our team supporting Wisconsin and Michigan. Hybrid Work Schedule and Location(s) Schedule: three days on-site in either WI or MI branch, two days remote Oak Creek, WI Branch Detroit, MI Branch Job Responsibilities: Sell laboratory testing services to professionals in a variety of medical fields Meet and exceed sales goals and achieve maximum sales growth in assigned territory Successfully build and execute an annual business plan with quarterly updates Build a sales pipeline that will provide ongoing revenue goal achievement Accurately forecast and maintain a sales funnel of new opportunities in-line with a 90-day quota Effectively manage activity to maintain revenue and encourage organic growth Collaborate closely with team members to retain current book of business Effectively communicate value propositions to all targeted customers and prospects Collaborate and actively contribute to new business opportunities with LCA counterparts Update all relevant customer account information into Salesforce CRM Provide ongoing customer support, education on focus products and market updates for current customer base Support special projects and other assigned tasks. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of virtual customer service experience, including customer engagement, problem resolution, and account support
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to create and edit documents, use basic Excel formulas, and prepare simple presentations.
  • Basic proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Webex), including joining meetings, using chat, and collaborating on documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data and prepare reports
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Creative and efficient problem‑solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating leadership and accountability
  • Strong customer service mindset with professional phone and email communication skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Delivers responsive service and thoughtful solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree
  • 2 years of virtual healthcare client service experience, supporting providers, clinics, hospitals, or sales teams with a focus on understanding client needs, serving as a trusted point of contact, resolving issues, driving ongoing engagement, and expanding accounts to support revenue growth.
  • Basic Salesforce proficiency – ability to navigate the CRM, manage data, and complete routine tasks.
