SKF is seeking a structured and execution focused Inside Sales Representative for Remanufacturing Services to support the growth of our Remanufacturing business in the United States. Based in Moody, AL, this role is responsible for managing, tracking, and converting Remanufacturing opportunities, ensuring identified reman candidates are effectively followed up and progressed through the sales funnel. This role plays a critical part in strengthening sales execution discipline, improving opportunity conversion, and providing consistent, professional experience for distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or commercial operations.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up discipline.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix and regional reporting organization.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and execution focused.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in industrial services, aftermarket, or remanufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage all Remanufacturing opportunities from identification through quotation and order placement.
  • Ensure each reman-eligible opportunity has clear ownership, next actions, and follow-up cadence.
  • Proactively follow up with distributors, sales teams, and other internal teams.
  • Maintain visibility of opportunity status
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and opportunity tracking.
  • Provide pipeline, conversion, and open-item reporting.
  • Identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
