As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) , you’ll get to canvass the country for leads, new opportunities, and facilitate sales and core retrieval conversions! This ISR will play a vital role in developing, qualifying, and generating sales volumes of pallets and cores for the entire organization that could lead to long-lasting customers. You’ll be the initial part of the sales process for many potential customers, so building relationships should be second nature. The selected candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and be key to our company’s success! The ISR role is paid on a base plus commission structure, with no cap!
