As an Inside Sales Representative for RBW, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts, combining a passion for data integrity with a strategic, entrepreneurial approach. You will work at the heart of our sales team, using your drive to close deals and bring beautiful projects to life. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for quotation generation for a diverse group of partners, including third-party sales agents, our regional sales team, and international clients. You will provide critical support by managing the entire quoting process from start to finish, including initial project quotes, special product pricing, customization requests, and follow-up to close deals. You'll also serve as a key resource to the stakeholders listed above, as well as for specifiers like architects, interior designers, and lighting designers, answering their technical questions and ensuring they have all the information they need to succeed. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a knack for building strong relationships and a genuine interest in design.
