Sales Managers develop personalized sales plans by collecting, organizing, and applying account and market knowledge to close projects. You will manage inbound and outbound leads to achieve sales targets. You will become an expert on the unique features, benefits, and application of our products to grow sales.
Requirements
- College degree in business administration, education, or related field from an accredited university/college, preferred; and/or relevant work experience
- A lifestyle or educational background that is aligned with the company’s mission statement “To help teachers and coaches show kids how to have fun and become healthier through physical activity”
- NetSuite and/or CRM experience preferred but not required
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and a Windows Operating System
Responsibilities
- Sales profit goals: Through successful execution of all sales plans and activities assigned for Play with A Purpose
- Repeatable sales process and project proposals: Through assigned processes defined by the sales operating system
- Identify and progress opportunities: Document sales activities in CRM, and close sales to defined standards
- Process, product, and in-market presentation training: Completion of assigned training
- Quality Customer Interactions: Achieve sales quality and responsiveness standards
- Operational Improvement: Complete assigned rocks, projects, and process optimization
