Frank Liquor Company in Middleton, WI is now hiring an Inside Sales Representative. The team members of Frank Liquor Company are committed, innovative leaders of the beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers. The Inside Sales Representative will specialize in selling beer, wine, and liquor to on-premise accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the beverage industry, strong communication skills, and a knack for building lasting relationships with clients in a fast-paced, low-volume environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage, foodservice, or hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales/order entry software
  • Knowledge of or experience with e-commerce platforms preferred
  • Must be 21+ years old and able to work legally in the U.S.
  • Ability to use arms, hands, reach, and grasp
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 40lbs. at a time

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of on-premise accounts within designated beer, wine, and liquor territories in Southwestern Wisconsin.
  • Develop strong client relationships by understanding account needs, suggesting products, and providing exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms to promote product lines and drive sales.
  • Process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activity.
  • Utilize CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite to track sales activity and generate reports.
  • Support digital sales initiatives, including e-commerce tools and platforms
  • Additional duties as assigned.
