About The Position
Inside Sales provides technical assistance to customers and outside sales teams. The position is responsible for making product recommendations based on customer application; interpreting plant specifications; securing project take-offs; preparing quotations; tracking projects; processing orders; and many additional tasks as required that contribute to the improved efficiency of our customer base.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to customers and outside sales teams
- Make product recommendations based on customer application
- Interpret plant specifications
- Secure project take-offs
- Prepare quotations
- Track projects
- Process orders
- Contribute to the improved efficiency of our customer base
- Develop thorough technical understanding of products and applications
- Provide solutions to customer’s applications
- Provide technical support to sales team and customer base for daily requirements as well as project opportunities
- Assist customers with material specification, take-off & selection
- Determine pricing and margins
- Prepare quotations, process orders, follow order to ensure critical delivery dates are met
- Work with procurement and finance departments as needed
