About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative provides technical assistance to customers and outside sales teams. This position is responsible for making product recommendations based on customer application, interpreting plant specifications, securing project take-offs, preparing quotations, tracking projects, processing orders, and performing many additional tasks that contribute to the improved efficiency of the customer base.

Provide technical assistance to customers and outside sales teams

Secure project take-offs
Prepare quotations
Track projects
Process orders
Contribute to the improved efficiency of our customer base
Develop thorough technical understanding of products and applications
Provide solutions to customer’s applications
Provide technical support to sales team and customer base for daily requirements as well as project opportunities
Assist customers with material specification, take-off & selection
Determine pricing and margins
Follow order to ensure critical delivery dates are met
Work with procurement and finance departments as needed
