Requirements

- Basic knowledge of metals or a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred
- Strong math skills and comfort using tools and systems
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Responsibilities
- Develop strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions
- Handle inbound sales, close deals, and process payments
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs
- Develop leads and referrals through excellent service
- Create and execute basic marketing and follow-up plans
- Strive to achieve monthly sales quotas
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers using best practices in customer service
