Responsible for improving processes to enhance inside sales performance. Kidde Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative for the U.S. Commercial Sales channel. This role will be responsible for tasks such as customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing excellent outstanding customer service within electrical and HVAC markets, with expansion to fire equipment distribution and Edwards Signaling. This role will support a geographical area, including regional sales managers, to meet or exceed the region’s quota. This role will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new products, and promoting products and brands at industry shows. The inside salesperson works closely with outside sales, trade marketing, logistics, customer service, engineering, and manufacturing.
