This role is for two Inside Sales Representatives who will primarily support the maintenance base by handling incoming requests for HVAC maintenance proposals. The representatives will focus on inquiries from internal teams and external customers, developing tailored maintenance proposals for commercial buildings, and proactively engaging with current clients from other business units to propose warranty service maintenance scopes. Requirements

  • Excellent communication, customer service and follow-up skills
  • The ability to quickly understand customer needs
  • Expertise leveraging your product knowledge to build strong relationships and close deals
  • 3-4 years of experience in a mechanical, sales or administrative role
  • Exceedingly high ownership of tasks and clients

Responsibilities

  • Primarily handle incoming requests for HVAC maintenance proposals.
  • Focus on inquiries from internal teams and external customers, developing tailored maintenance proposals for commercial buildings.
  • Proactively engage with current clients from other business units to propose warranty service maintenance scopes.
  • Foster strong internal integration and supportive working relationships with field teams, service managers, and other departments.
  • Deliver high-quality, timely maintenance proposals that clearly communicate the company’s capabilities and the benefits of partnering with a full-service mechanical contractor.
  • Protect, maintain, and grow the customer base by converting inquiries into signed Service Agreements.
