About The Position

Southern National Roofing is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to work out of our Charlotte call center. This is a phone-based role supporting our outside sales teams by engaging homeowners, handling inbound and outbound calls, and setting qualified appointments. Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and a genuine desire to help customers.
