We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who lives in Texas and thrives on building relationships with new and existing customers. Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting existing customers in a specific territory by focusing on building rapport and strong relationships with established business partners. In addition, the role requires a basic understanding of engineering plans and specifications, technical take-offs for RFQs, answering technical questions from customers, and maintaining a database of daily activities in Salesforce Lightning CRM. Must be a team player who can also work independently by managing their time for efficiency and high productivity while working with their Field Sales Engineer to meet monthly bonus targets in a designated territory.
