About The Position

Position Overview We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Corky's Pest Control, Inc. In this role, you will be instrumental in building relationships with customers and providing tailored pest control solutions. Your contributions will help enhance the Corky’s experience and drive our mission of exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers required.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully
  • Regular and punctual attendance
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service
  • Long hours on the telephone and personal contact with customers
  • Ability to work long hours as needed
  • Long periods of sitting

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with current Pricing Matrix.
  • Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates.
  • Monitor emails and respond to customers via email in a timely fashion.
  • Deescalate calls or direct them to the proper department for assistance.
  • Communicate closely with the field team, managers, sales team, and other departments.
  • Educate customers on service plans, minor pest knowledge, and general information.
  • Complete a minimum of 25 Outbound calls to clients per day.
  • Practice honesty, integrity, and passion every day.
  • Close both inbound and outbound leads amounting to 100k Per Month
  • Perform data entry while on calls to update customer accounts as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Communicate and share information in a professional and kind manner among other teammates while following the manager’s instructions.
  • Consistently achieve 100% or more of key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets
  • Utilize and become familiar with technology new and old. Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Front, routing software, and other programs that are crucial to our Customer Care Center.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
