The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) provides support to assigned sales representatives while training to become an outside Account Manager. They will be responsible for learning FORTE business and sales practices, AV products and services and master effective sales skills by completing the comprehensive ISR training program. This person will also be responsible for processing sales, creating sales campaigns through SalesForce.com, handling requests for Bid proposals, participating in an ISS Special Team, coordinating customer and manufacturer events, and working to grow sales profits. It is expected that individuals in this position will obtain significate training and self-development with the goal of enabling her/him to qualify for a position as an FORTÉ Account Manager within 1- 1 ½ years.
